Buoyancy Certification
“Boating is a pleasurable experience … keep it that way”
As builders and repairers of boats, we issue a buoyance certificate on completion of work, when required. Our authority includes the issue of buoyancy certificates to vessels compliant with the SAMSA regulations governing vessel buoyancy requirements.
All vessels must be examined for approved buoyancy materials by our accredited inspector prior to the issue of a compliant certificate. Buoyancy certificates are a pre-requisite for the annual COF certification and are usually valid for a period of 5 years.
